It is the fact that this is a crew cab and can seat six adults. It is easy to get in and out of and drives just like your pickup truck. It is the stability of the wide track rear axle. It is the 10' Harbor Combo Body. It is a combination of an effective service body with 22" deep compartments, a stainless steel open top lid for small items or long items. It is the 36" rear work platform perfectly welded to the body to become one and not just an attachment. This great work platform is so useful in the field and also has a small storage compartment on both sides, fold-down contractor-style gates, an HD forklift loadable rack that is cantilevered so that there are no rear posts in the way on the work area. It is the HD receiver and trailer connector. Taken all together, this is a great work truck and, what a magnificent combination it is!

The [Slightly] Bigger Brother | 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV First Drive

Think of the Bolt EUV as the Prius V of the small EV set. Although GM calls this an Electric Utility Vehicle (hence EUV), this Bolt is still lacking a critical feature for some: all-wheel drive. I'm surprised that Chevy didn't find a way to stick at least a small Prius e-AWD sized motor in the back for snow-belt shoppers. That said, the rest of the Bolt is certainly what Bolt buyers have been asking for. Unfortunately 2 this year we'll be getting a ton of aggressive competition in America. Is the Bolt Maxx up to it?

Work Truck Wednesday Is Delivery Truck Wednesday

 

We've been selling delivery trucks to the wall and just getting them into stock refreshing our inventory is a challenge. Here's a recent arrival in a 16' x 8' x 91" Morgan box van body mounted on a 2021 Chevrolet Express 3500 Cutaway Chassis. What a great delivery vehicle and it's ready to start deliveries right away.

This chassis has a 6.6 gas V8 engine and 6-speed automatic transmission with many convenience features to make getting to and from each point a comfortable and pleasant experience. The Mogan aluminum skin delivery van has a wood floor with wood slats on the sidewalls plus E-track to fasten loads when needed. This unit also has a great turning radius to maneuver more easily.

First-Ever Chevrolet Silverado Electric Pickup To Be Built At GM's Factory Zero Plant

DETROIT – General Motors President Mark Reuss today announced Chevrolet will introduce a Silverado electric pickup truck that will be built at the company’s Factory ZERO assembly plant in Detroit and Hamtramck, Michigan.

The Chevrolet Silverado electric full-size pickup is designed from the ground up to be an EV, harnessing the best of the Ultium Platform and Silverado’s proven capability. The electric Silverado will offer customers a GM-estimated range of more than 400 miles on a full charge*.

Retail and fleet versions will offer customers a variety of options and are expected to be in high demand. Today’s announcement affirms Chevrolet’s commitment to build on the brand’s 100 years of truck expertise and leadership, while transitioning to an all-electric future in the light-vehicle space.
