The cargo bed enclosure does exactly what it states: It covers the cargo bed area, and it does this with a sliding lockable top. Sometimes people call it a roll-top. It's a great way to keep things out of sight and safe from much of the environment too.
These tops come in two and three-piece units. The two piece unit opens up approximately half of the bed area, and the three-piece opens up about two-thirds of the bed area.
The standard height, is at the top of the side lids, and then there are two other heights, one is cab-high, and the other is taller, often about 39" above the service body lids. Depending on what you intend to carry inside that bed area, this will determine the best cargo bed enclosure for your needs.

What a great chassis and body for a busy plumber, remodeler, or for that matter, any type of service business where carrying tools and supplies and keeping them out of sight and out of the weather matters.
We quite a number of these kinds of trucks in stock and many are smaller or lighter in GVWR or carrying capacity, but we also carry this kind of unit with much more carrying capacity and more space at the same time, yet is easily maneuvered in city streets and traffic.
Here's one example from our current inventory. It is our stock number M18804 and is a 2018 Chevrolet 4500 Express Cutaway HD Chassis with a 13' (actually it is 153.25", but we call it 13') Knapheide KUV Plumber Style (we call it that often because a lot of plumbers like this unit!) Enclosed Service Body. The truck has a 14,200 lb. GVWR to carry the weight and a strong V8 to move it down the road. Inside the body is plenty of space for all you need to bring to the job site.
